Mt. Rubido again - we like this trail!!

Mommy, Nathanael and Arielle walked (ummm - Arielle didn't walk - she was pushed in the stroller) to the 1/2 mile marker = a one mile walk. We left just as is began to rain. It was cloudy and we could see the dark clouds coming closer as the storm approached - but for us it was as fun as a sunny CA day! Glad we got our walk in because it rained for a couple days after that.

Some new pictures... look how big the children are!

Growing like, or rather, blossoming like little flowers in our garden!

A friend gave us this outfit for Arielle and it says "Fresh from the 'done bun' bakery" - thought that was funny since she really was a "done" bun - almost 42 weeks!

A Home for Christmas....

Scott asked Nathanael what happens at Christmas time and he replied, "We get a house!" He wasn't far off we hope. We are hopefully going to buy a house before the end of January - our lease expires January 31st so we are praying everything goes smoothly. We've put in bids on a few houses and are hoping at least one offer will be accepted so that we can move in to our new home in time. So please keep us in prayer about this. It has long been a part of our plans to buy a home - in April will be our 7th anniversary. We feel now is a great time because we are able to buy a home in our budget with the current low prices and low interest rates. We hope to keep our house payment even below our current apartment rent. How cool would that be??? A lot has come to pass in this little apartment - Arielle was born here. So even though it has some warm memories - we will be so excited to own our first home and live in our first HOUSE. I especially will LOVE decorating the children's rooms with my own choice in color of paint! (Always wanted to do that). I hope that our home will always be warm and inviting to my husband and children as well as myself - a place for nurturing and growing and playing - and comforting during hard times. Of course this home will only be temporary for this world is not our REAL home... it is in Heaven!
