Here is our baby again :)

Here are some sonograms from today's ultra-sound. Baby is measuring at approximately 8 weeks and 5 days (almost 9 weeks!) and my estimated due date is August 11th, 2010. Nice little heartbeat we saw - just amazing to see this little miracle person who's being knit together inside of me by God Himself - wow. We can see where the head and heart and eyes are. We can also see little arms and legs.

"Baby Bee" or "Peanut" (as Scott says)

Scott also thinks it's a girl while I (Rachel) am guessing it may be a boy ;)

Learned that our baby is much smaller than we thought. My due date may get moved to early to mid August. Baby looks to be about 6 weeks instead of 8 weeks (the date it would be if counting from date of last cycle). Saw a little blinkie-blink - the heart beat.

Guess what??

Just found out I'm pregnant on Friday the 4th of December. We are so excited and blessed by this miracle! We are guessing "baby bee" is due late July or early August of 2010! Thanking Jesus for such a gift to us and our family!

Craft for Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving Day

Walking with her Daddy

Arielle did some practice walking with the help of her daddy the other day.

Rachel's Dad

Dad is in the hospital - going on 10 days now. He's got a staff infection in his blood, pneumonia/fluid in his lungs, cracked back ribs from coughing and advanced osteoporosis - bones are very brittle. Liver function is low from the auto-immune disease. There's so much going on with him right now. Just found out my daddy who used to be 5'11" is now about 5'3" and weighs only 122 pounds. He's not eating - hardly at all. We are praying for a miracle. The pain meds are limited to prevent further damage to his liver. All this is jeopardizing his eligibility to be on the liver transplant list. So if you can please remember him in your prayers. This is a big stress on my mom as well. She's trying to find homes for all her cats because she has so much going on. So if you know anyone who will take a cat please let us know!

Arielle's New Hat!!

My Grandma "C" made this beautiful little hat for Arielle. Came in the mail today - fits her perfect and is adorable! Took a couple pictures of her in it to show it off. It's so soft - made of organic cotton yarn. Arielle took it off to look at it - then put it back on! :)

October 31st at Scott's family's church

It took awhile but the kid's costumes are home-made! Nathanael was "Super Nathan" and Arielle was going to be Tinkerbell then Eve (a leafy theme) - but I just had to do the wings - so cute - so she's back to a fairy of some sorts - or a little leaf angel???? :) Nathanael had so much fun jumping around in the big jumper and playing games with Uncle Brian. Poor Scott was still pretty sick that night. Uncle Mike and Laura "faried" Arielle all around wherever she pointed to. I ate the most delicious caramel-ed apple!
