Did I already show this one? Well if I did it deserves a second glance - the two of them together - it is so cute! Nathanael loves his little sister and she sure does love him too.

Here are some pictures where you may notice the boxes and clutter from our recent move. It's a slow process cleaning out the counters, cupboards and drawers in order to put things away. We're doing the best we can considering that everyone's too busy or too far away to help. Day by day and box by box we are slowly settling in and making repairs to our little fixer-upper.

March pictures and updates

March has been a busy and eventful month for us. We purchased our first little house! We are so excited about our new home. We have also had to say "goodbye for now" to a wonderful lady: Carol Badger (Scott's maternal grandmother) passed from this earth into Heaven to be with Jesus. And although we celebrate her presence with the Lord we also mourn for our selves who will miss her greatly until the day we are all united together again.

My brother and sister in law stayed with us for a few weeks in February and March. Below is a picture of the children all "camping out" one night with my mom (AKA: "Mima"). Hannah (L. Joshua's sister), Andrew (AKA: "Bubu"), our Nathanael, Joshua, Nicholas (AKA: "Pickle"), and Layla. All very tired from playing together all day.

Earlier Arielle had an ear infection in both ears - here's Scott/daddy gently taking her temp, which confirmed she needed a visit to the doctor and sure enough - we were right - both ears. Poor little baby - she's doing much better now.

Arielle 4.5 months!!!

She's getting so big - laughing and giggling now. She's grabbing toys and re-acting to faces and her brother and very attatched to Mommy. She says, "Ma ma" when she wants Mommmy. She is shy of strangers and sometimes anyone other than Mommy - what a Mommy's girl! Mommy is soaking it in and loving up her little chubbi-ness!!

Just a couple more pics

I have taken a lot of pictures of my baby girl, this for a few reasons:

For one I know that she is growing so fast and I just don't want to miss anything because I know her baby-hood will be gone before I can blink. I also am trying to take pictures of all the cute adorable outfits she's wearing - she grows out of them so fast!

I try to take pictures of Nathanael whenever I can also but he doesn't have as many "cute" outfits yet - he's growing out of his 2ts and I haven't bought many new 3ts for him. He also tends (as boys do) to be quite messy often and I like for my children to look clean in at least the majority of their pictures. However - I have been able to take pictures of him just more recently..... despite the fake "shyness" he's had in the past - he now asks, "I want to say cheese mommy", meaning that he wants his picture taken and usually with his sister. He's realized that it's a way she is getting attention so he now wants to join in. So we may end up with more pictures of Nathanael now that he thinks it's a positive thing!! Yeah!

Mt. Rubido again - we like this trail!!

Mommy, Nathanael and Arielle walked (ummm - Arielle didn't walk - she was pushed in the stroller) to the 1/2 mile marker = a one mile walk. We left just as is began to rain. It was cloudy and we could see the dark clouds coming closer as the storm approached - but for us it was as fun as a sunny CA day! Glad we got our walk in because it rained for a couple days after that.
